1. Definitions

6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with agent747. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to:

agent747 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the agent747 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made using approved payment methods, which include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
• Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted.
• Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• agent747 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the agent747 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Before processing a withdrawal, agent747 may require completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of a government-issued Philippine ID.

• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

agent747 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of additional accounts will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing agent747 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
